<br />deration of the sum of FIVE 'IHCUSI\ND AND 00/100 ($5,000.00) OOLU\RS, do hereby 11Drt-
<br />gage to BI'INK OF l'lXD RIVER, of W:Jod River, Nebraska, herein called the "M?rtgagee,"
<br />the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />This I-brtgage is given to secure the paynent of the principal sum of $5,000.00, and
<br />interest thereon at the rate of fourteen per cent (14%) per annum thereon, according
<br />to the terms of a pranissory note executed by the M?rtgagor to the MJrtgagee on the
<br />first day of March, 1983, said note providing for llDnthly paynents in the anount of
<br />$116.34 per rronth, beginning April 1, 1983, and for fifty-nine (59) llDnths thereafter.

<br />The I-brtgagor agrees to rraintain insurance up:m the above-described premises in an
<br />arrount not less than the indebtedness due to the M?rtgagee, said loss, if any, pay-
<br />able to the said M?rtgagee. That said insuraoce shall include flood insurance and
<br />provide for fire and extended =verage. The M?rtgagor agrees to pay all taxes and
<br />assessrrents upon said premises and all other taxes, levies and assessm:mts levied
<br />upon this M?rtgage and N::>te which this M?rtgage is given to secure before the same
<br />becanes delir:quent. In the event the t-brtgagor shall fail to obtain such insurarx::e
<br />or pay =h taxes before delinquent, the ~brtgagee rray purchase such insurance and
<br />pay such taxes or other liens and shall have the lien secured hereby for the arrounts
<br />advanced.

<br />In the event the t-brtgagor defaults in the paynent of said indebtednesss or any in-
<br />stallment thereof, or fails to perform any of the other agreā¬!llEl'lts herein, the M?rt-
<br />gagee rray declare the entire debt secured by this ~brtgage to be due and collectable
<br />at ooce and rrawreclose this llDrtgage for the satisfaction thereof.
