W I T N E S S E T H: t+IRERF,AS, Borrower is desirous of selling certain- real property legally described as: The Southerly Forty-Four Feet {S 44') of Lot One {1), Alock Sixty-Two f62?, Original Town, Now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to the Assuming Parties conditioned upon assumption of certain indebtedness created by the original purchase of such real property; WHEREAS, Assuming Parties are desirous of assuming all obligations in respect to a certain Mortgage Note bearing date of May 1, 1981, in the original principal amount of For.v Thousand and No{100 Dollars {540,000.00) as modified and extended pursuant to a Modification and Extension Agreement dated May 1, 1983, and further assuming all obligations in respect to that certain real estate Mortgage dated May 1, 1981, upon the above-described real estate given as security for said Mortgage Note..
