<br />band and wife is Trustor, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company is Trustee, which

<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Scarff's Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
