<br />anc transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the
<br />said Superior Mortgage, Inc. is Beneficiary, Dennis J. Lorance and Sharon A. Lorance, hus-
<br />band and wife is Trustor, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 1st day of February , 19 83 ,and recorded
<br />the 7th day of February , 19 83 ,document # 83-000606
<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Scarff's Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska

<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become
