The Bank has extended credit to the Scheels <br /> <br />and agrees to renew the line of credit extended to them <br /> <br />and in consideration for the Bank's forbearance at this <br /> <br />time on the indebtedness owed by the Scheels to the Bank, <br /> <br />the Scheels agree to attempt to sell at private sale all <br /> <br />the above described real estate. <br /> <br />3.
