<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT

<br />I n consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory note
<br />hereinafter described, the undersigned, Stabi x, A Partnershi p

<br />National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of

<br />annum from the date hereof, such sum to be pc.yable on March 4, 1983 ' Interest

<br />the undersigned under the date of November 3, 1980 _, to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 4th
<br />day of May, 1981 , together with interest at Fourteen (14) per

<br />Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, ~ as Documents #80-006262. #81-002860. #81-006137 &
<br />in the Mortgage Records of Ha 11 County, Nebraska #82-003945.

<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Seventy Thousand and
