<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its
<br />city council on [larch 31, 1980, enacted Ordinance No. 6570 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and
<br />the manner and terms thereof,
<br />
<br />2, Ordinance No, 6570 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Dail; Independent, a legal newspaper published in and of general
<br />circulation in such City, on March 31, 1980, and innnediately there-
<br />after. notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in
<br />the Grand Island Daily Independent for three consecutive weeks,
<br />on March 31, April 7, and April 14, 1980, all as required by
<br />Section 16-202, R,R,S, 1943,
<br />
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />city council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty
<br />days of the passage and publication of such Ordinance No, 6570,
<br />
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No, 6570 nrovides that if no
<br />remonstrance be filed against such convey~nce, the mayor and city
<br />clerk-finance director shall make, execute, and deliver to the
<br />Grantees a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution
<br />of such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action
<br />on behalf of the city council,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br />corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration
<br />of One Dollar ($1.00), does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey. and confirm unto - , .

<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br />herein called the Grantees, the following described real property
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />The easterly thirty (30) feet of the northerly
<br />fifty-five (55) feet of the southerly one hundred
<br />ten '(110) feet of vacated Hancock Avenue north of
<br />Fourth Street, as vacated bv Ordinance No, 6484 of
<br />the City of Grand Island, and reserving unto the
<br />City the public utilities easements as shown on
<br />the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein bv reference,
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br />ing unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
