<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its city
<br />cOl.IDcil on September 2, 1980, enacted Ordinance No. 6619 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No.66l9 was pub~ished in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a legal newspaper published in and of general circu-
<br />lation in such City, on September 8, 1980, and immediately thereafter,
<br />notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent for three consecutive weeks, on
<br />September 8, 1980, September 15, 1980, and September 22, 1980, all
<br />as required by Section 16-202, R,R.S. 1943.

<br />3, No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the city
<br />cOl.IDcil of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of
<br />the passage and publication of such Ordinance No. 6619.
<br />
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6619 provides that if no remon-
<br />strance be filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk-
<br />finance director shall make, execute, and deliver to the Grantees a
<br />quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution of such
<br />quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action on
<br />behalf of the city council.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal
<br />corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration
<br />of One Dollar ($1.00), does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto

<br />RONALD E. HUlL and BARBARA A, HULL
<br />
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
<br />herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />The easterly eighteen (18) feet of the southerly
<br />fifty-five (55) feet of vacated Hancock Avenue
<br />north of Fourth Street, as vacated by Ordinance
<br />No, 6484 of the City of Grand Island, abutting Lot
<br />Forty-three (43), West Heights Addition, and
<br />reserving unto the City the entire area for the
<br />maintenance, placement, replacement, and installation
<br />of public utilities in, over, upon, and through
<br />such area, and all rights necessary and appurtenant
<br />thereto; as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A"
<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs, successors and assigns forever,
