19. AssiRntnmt of Rents: Appointment of Receivee; Lender in Possession. As additional security hereunder, Bonowet hereby assigns td Lender the rents of the Property, provided that Borrower shall. prior to acceleration under paragraph I'' hereof or abandonment of the Property. have the right to rntlect and retain such rents as they become due and payable.
