Smith and Mary G, Smith, husband and wife, each in his and her own right, One Hundred Sixty Six herein called the Grantors, in consideration of and 00/100 Dollars $166.00 , received from Grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Swtswt) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: Beginning at a point 33 feet North of the South line of Section 21-11-9, said point also being at the junction of the East line of Roberta Avenue and the North line of Stolley Park Road; thence proceeding North along the East line of Roberta Avenue for a distance of 12.5 feet; thence deflecting right in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 16 feet: thence deflecting right in a westerly direction alo~g the North line of Stolley Park Road for a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
