PEEKS, herein <br />One Hundred Ten and <br />called the Grantor, in consideration of 00/100 Dollars <br /> <br />$110.00 <br /> <br />, received from Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, <br /> <br />sells, conveys, and confirms unto the <br /> <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, <br /> <br />herein called the Grantee, the following described real property <br /> <br />in Parkview Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block <br />A, Parkview Subdivision, said point also being at <br />the junction of the East line of Pioneer Boulevard <br />and the South line of Stolley Park Road; thence <br />proceeding East along the South line of Stolley Park <br />Road for a distance of 4.5 feet; thence deflecting <br />right in a southwesterly direction for a distance <br />of 6.02 feet; thence deflecting right in a northerly <br />direction for a distance of 4 feet to the point of <br />beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. <br /> <br />And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee and with <br />Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seised <br />of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except <br />easements of record and visible easements; that Grantor has good <br />right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor <br />warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br /> <br />Dated 3 - J -Z3 <br /> <br />'1:}, ~. y~tJ-; <br />H.
