<br />RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein;
<br />I, or we, hereby release the mortgage of Eighty-Four Thousand
<br />Two Hundred Dollars ($84,200.00), made by GERALD R. WHITE and
<br />MEREDITH D. WHITE on the following-described property, to-wit:

<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW\) of Section Four (4),
<br />Township Nine (9), Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6th P.M. except a tract of land situated in the
<br />Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE\)
<br />thereof, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Quarter Section corner on the
<br />North side of said Section Four (4), running
<br />thence South along and upon the North-South 1/2
<br />Section line through said Section Four (4) a
<br />distance of 417.4 feet; thence West parallel
<br />with the North line of said Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW\) of said Section Four (4) a distance of
<br />417.4 feet; thence North parallel with the said
<br />1/2 Section line through said Section Four (4)
<br />a distance of 417.4 feet to a point on the North
<br />line of said Northwest Quarter (NW\); thence East
<br />along and upon said North line of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW\) of said Section Four (4) a distance
<br />of 417.4 feet to the point of beginning, contain-
<br />ing 4 acres, more or less,

<br />subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and leases of
<br />record,

<br />which is recorded in Book 161, of Real Estate Mortgages, Page 543
<br />of the Rcco:::-ds of the County of Rall, and State of Nebraska..
