1 <br />~;~--OG49~3~ <br />TRUST DEED <br />In as much as Delmar Ewoldt has died, Gaylon Ewoldt, <br />Trustee of the Testamentary Trust for the benefit of Delmar <br />Ewoldt, under the Will of Emil Ewoldt, and being Trust <br />No. 1796 in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska <br />does hereby, pursuant to the provisions of said Testamentary <br />Trust, convey the following described real estate to the <br />descendants of said Delmar Ewoldt, now deceased, and such <br />descendants are Delbert L. Ewoldt, Robert J. Ewoldt, Michael <br />L. Ewoldt, and Janice J. Stahlnecker, as tenants in common. <br />Said real estate is described as follows: <br />AN UNDIVIDED 1J3 INTEREST IN: <br />A. East 35 acres of the EZNE4 of Section 3b, <br />Township 11 North, Range L0, West of the bth <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at the <br />northeast corner of said Section 36, and <br />running west along the north line of said <br />section a distance of 35 rods; thence running <br />south at right angles a distance of 160 <br />rods to the south line of said NEB; thence <br />running east at right angles a distance of <br />35 rods to the southeast corner of said NEB; <br />thence running north to the place of beginning <br />B. An undivided 1/2 interest in the East 35 acres <br />of the West 45 acres of the E~NE~ in Section <br />36, in Township 11 North, Range 10, SJest of the <br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and more <br />particularly described as follows: Commencing <br />at a point on the north boundary line of said <br />NEB which is 35 rods west of the northeast <br />corner of said NEB; running thence west along <br />the north boundary line of said NEB 35 rods; <br />thence south at right angles and parallel with <br />the east boundary line of siad NEB 160 rods; <br />thence east along the south boundary line of <br />said NEB 35 rods; thence north at right angles <br />and parallel with the east tine of said NE4 <br />160 rods to the place of beginning <br />C.
