Buyer and Seller respectively bind their heirs, <br />executors, administrators, successors and assigns <br />to the faithful performance of the terms of this <br />agreement. <br />83-- u00838 <br />insurance policies as they become due. Seller shall <br />execute and deliver a good and sufficient warranty deed <br />to said real estate, free and clear of all encumbrances, <br />which deed, Abstract of Title and a copy of this Contract <br />shall be placed in escrow with the Five Points Bank <br />of ;rand Island, Nebraska, to be delivered to Buver upon <br />his compliance with the terms of this Contract, and <br />Seller is to give quiet, peaceable possession o° said <br />premises, with improvements in as good condition as <br />they now are, ordinary wear and tear excepted, on or <br />before the First day of Auoust, 1982. Buyer will pav <br />all escrow fees to Five Feints Bank of ';rand Island, <br />Nebraska.
