<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED $3-t`}Ga~3~~a <br />Banco Mortgage Company, a corporation organized and existing under <br />the laws of the State of Iowa, hereinafter cal{ed the "Grantor," in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from the Grantee, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, of Washington, D.C., his successors and <br />assigns, herein caked the "Grantee," the following described real property: <br />The Southerly One Hundred Twenty {120) feet of Lot Sixteen (16), <br />Nottingham Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all <br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee <br />and to the Grantee's successors and assigns. <br />And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the <br />Grantee's successors and assigns that the Grantor is lawfully seised of said prem- <br />ises; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />that the Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof, by, <br />through or under said Grantor, but not otherwise. <br />Executed this 18th day of February 1983. <br />BANCO MORTGAGE COMPANY, BANCO MORTGAGE COMPANY, <br />an Iowa Corporation an Iowa Corporation <br />/}' /f <br />BY ~` `S„~~~ BY ~C <br />Henry; .
