<br />In rase of default in the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this mungage or the bond setaued hereby, the mortgagee shall,
<br />on demand, be entitled to im[cediate possession of the mortgaged prevdses and the mortgagor hereby assigns, traatfers amt xts over to the
<br />mortgagee aU the rents, revenues and inasrrte to be derived from the mortgaged premises dining such time as the mortgage indebtedness shall cemairt
<br />unpaid; and the mortgagee shall have the power to appobu any agent or agents it may desire for the ptpox of repairing said premix: and renting
