Iiartman, <br />husband and wife, herein called the mortgagor whether one <br />or more, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 <br />----------------------------------------DOLLARS($ 150,000.00 ), <br />paid by Mortgagor, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- <br />ledged, and as security for future advances that may be <br />made from time to time up to $200,000.00 as consideration <br />for this mortgage, does mortgage to The First National <br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska: <br />Lot Two (2) Block Fifteen (i5) Wallich's Addition, <br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; Lot Four (4) Block Eleven (11), Windolph's <br />Addition an addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; The South 75.7 Feet of Lot <br />Ten (10), Block Forty-eight (48), Wheeler's Addition, <br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; Lots Seventy-six (76) and Seventy-seven <br />(77) in Hawthorne Place, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, rebraska; and Lot Seventy-- <br />eight (78) and the North 3 Feet of Lot Seventy-nine <br />(79) in Hawthorne Place, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />And the mortgagor does hereby convenant with <br />the mortgagee and with mortgagee's heirs and assigns that <br />mortgagor is lawfully seised of said premises, that they <br />are free from encumbrance, that mortgagor has good right. <br />and lawful authority to convey the carne, and that mortgagor <br />warrants and will defend the title to said premises against <br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />This mortgage is given to secure the paymeni. <br />of the promissory rote of this date made by mortgagor and <br />this mortgage is also given as security to mortgagee for <br />all indebtedness that may in the futuz°e incurred by <br />mortgagor to mortgagee, and such future indebtedness shall <br />bear interest from date of accural at the rate as provided <br />in the note executed on that date and secured by this <br />mortgage, and shall be payable to mortgagee at the same <br />place designated in the note. All such future indebtedness <br />shall be deemed a part. of the indebtedness secured by this <br />mortgage, and shall be recoverable as such. <br />Mortgagor shall pay ail taxes and assessments <br />levied upon said real property and all other taxes levied <br />on this mortgage or the note ;which this mortgage is given <br />to secure before the same become delinquent and shall <br />maintain fire, windstorm and extended coveeage insurance <br />with a mortgage clause on t:he buildings on said premises <br />in such sums as they are insured as of the date of this <br />uto;~i;yaye, if iaor~yagor r=ails to pay sucn taxes ano assess- <br />ments or procure such insurance, mortgagee may pay such <br />taxes and purchase such insurance and the amount so advanced <br />with interest at nirre percent per annum shall be secured <br />by this mortgage. <br />In case of default in 'the payment of the: principal <br />sum or any installment thereof or of any interest. the m>on <br />when the same shall become due or in case of the non-payment <br />of any taxes or assessments or of the failure to maintain <br />insurance as herein provided, mortgagee may at: the option <br />of mortgagee, without notice, at any time during the <br />continuance of such default or breach, dec:.lare t.ht :vhole <br />debt, Secured !>y this mortgage t_o be immediately due and <br />payable and may foreclose this snortgaye. <br />
