<br />83-UUU~3~~3 <br />REAL ESTATE LIEN <br />WHEREAS Donald and Pamela Allen, husband and wife, <br />thereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one o r <br />more) has entered into a certain written HOUSING REHABILITATION <br />GRANT AGREEMENT dated the ~_ day of ~,R , 1983 with the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation <br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "City"), acting through its <br />Community Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling on <br />premises owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, aad <br />for the granting by City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the <br />amount of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) to be <br />applied in payment of the cost of such rehabilitation, and <br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has, among other <br />things, agreed (a) to repay such amount or, as the case may be, a <br />part thereof to City in certain circumstances described in the <br />AGREEMENT, and (b) to execute and deliver to City an instrumen t- <br />in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to <br />secure such repayment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT with <br />City, Donald and Pamela Allen, husband and wife does hereby grant <br />to CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASRA, A Municipal Corporation, its <br />successors and assigns, a lien upon the following described real <br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Six t6), Fractional Block Six (6), <br />H. G.
