<br />ASSIGNMENT OF TRUST DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, the
<br />party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of fifty eight thousand eight
<br />hundred and No/100---------------------- Dollars, to it in hand paid by UNIVERSAL
<br />MORTGAGE CORPORATION OF WISCONSIN, 744 N 4th, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53203
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has granted, assigned and transferred, and, by these presents does grant, assign,
<br />and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the
<br />said Superior Mortgage, Inc. is Beneficiary, William J. Haney & Ina Mae Haney, husband &
<br />wife is Trustor, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 24th day of January 19 83 and recorded
<br />the 25th day of January 19 83 document ~ 83-000425
<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />A certain part of the South Twenty Acres of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Sec-
<br />tion Thirty-Three, Township Twelve, North, Range Nine, West of the Sixth P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line
<br />of said South Twenty Acres of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
<br />Thirty-three, which paint is 329.9 feet West of the Southeast corner of said South Twenty
<br />Acres, running thence North parallel of the East line of said South Twenty Acres, 660.3
<br />feet, running thence West, parallel to the South line of said Twenty Acres 131.9 feet;
<br />running thence South, parallel to the East Line of said South Twenty Acres, 660.3 feet to
<br />a point on the South Line of Said South Twenty Acres; thence running East upon and along
<br />the South Line of said Twenty Acres, 131.9 feet to the actual paint of beginning.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become
<br />due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of
<br />said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporatian, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Geed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Vice President, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this Yzih
