Morse, Trustee, in a Trust <br />Deed from Dennis G. Schuchman and Sharen K. Schuchman, husband <br />and wife, dated June 5, 1978 and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County on the 7th day of June, 1978 <br />as Document #78-003505 of the Mortgage Records of said County, <br />the beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Western Securities <br />Company and which Trust Deed was assigned by the said Western <br />Securities Company to FBS Homes, Inc., now known as FBS Mortgage <br />Corporation, said Assignment dated the 20th day of March, 1979 <br />and recorded on the 30th day of April, 1979 in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County as Document #79-002528 of <br />the Assignment Records of said County, does hereby notify the <br />above-named person of a default in said Trust Deed which Trust <br />Deed was-granted upon the following-described real estate, <br />situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK SEVEN {7) OF ARNOLD <br />PLACE, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA; <br />which became due on the 1st day of September, 1982, and thereafter, <br />and there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum of <br />THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS FORTY-TWO <br />CENTS ($37,251.42) together with interest thereon from the 1st <br />day of August, 1982 at the rate of nine percent (98) per annum <br />together with accruing taxes and advancements. <br />,.. <br /> <br /> <br />
