Olafson and Sally J. Olafson <br />are c~~endants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an <br />acebunting from the defendants, Gary [~7. Olafson and Sally J. <br />Olafson of the amount due the plaintif on the certain <br />mortgage dated the 24th day of August 19 78 and <br />filed in the office the Register cf Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of August , 19 , <br />as Document No. 78-005534 wherein Gary Y7. lufson <br />and Sally J. Olafson mortgaged and conveyed to <br />the-said plaintiff the ollowing-described real estate situated in <br />Ha11 County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Lot Five (5) Block Sixty-five (65), in P7heeler and Bernett's Second <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared <br />a lien upon the interest of Gar 4~. Olafson and Sall J.
