<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the said Grantee(s) and to His heirs
<br />and assigns forever; and the said Grantor does hereby covenant to WARRANT and DEFEND the said premises against
<br />the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through, or under him(her, and against no other claims or
<br />demands.
