HANSFN, Husband and Wife, whether one or more, <br />herein called the Mortgagor, and The Uverland A'ational Bank of brand Island, <br />Grand Island; Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree <br />as follows: <br />1: Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Dortgagee a real estate mortgage <br />dated January 8, 1982, and recorded on January 27, 1982, as Docwnent No. 82-000305 <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of <br />a certain mortgage note for $100,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the <br />Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest <br />thereon shall be due according to the terns c;f the aforementioned second real <br />estate mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />A mortgage note dated January 8, 1982, on which a <br />principal balance of 83,333.40 remains tmpaid, will <br />be repaid in monthly principal pa5~[nents of 51,66Fi.66, <br />plus accrued interest, beginning ~4arch 8, 1983, and <br />on the 8th day of every month until February 8, 1984, <br />when the entire unpaid principal balance, plus accrued <br />interest, is due and payable in full. Interest has been <br />paid in the amount of 52,984.58 through February 4, 1983. <br />2.
