<br />83-. i)~~77~- <br />E L E C T R I C E A S E M E N T <br />-------- -------- <br />N01tTHWEST NATIONAL BANK, GRAPdD ISLAND, NEBRASKA, herein called Grantor, <br />in consideration of One Boller {$1.00) receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a <br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, <br />inspec maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon, <br />underground electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface <br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, <br />across, underneath, and through the Easterly eight (8) feet of Lot Two (2) <br />o€ Grand Island Ma11 Third Subdivision. Said tract of land containing <br />0.05 acres more or less as shawnl on the plat dated 211183, marked Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, together with the <br />following rights: <br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the xbvve-described tract of land for <br />installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such utilities and <br />appurtenances. <br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for <br />the full and complete use, oceupatian, and enjo}anent of rile easement herein <br />granted, including the right Co excavate and refill ditehes and trenches, to <br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, hushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other <br />obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection, <br />maintenance, zepair, replacement, extension, removal, or operation of such <br />utilities. No structures, buildings, fences, ur other obstructions of any <br />kind whatsoever, shall be allowed in, upon, above, along, across, underneath, <br />ar through the easement herein granted. <br />All elecfirie utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface <br />markers, aad other appurtenances connected therewith, placed in, upon, above, <br />alaag, across, undereat,,, and through such easement shall remain the property <br />of the Grzxntee, and may be removed ur replaced at any tile, <br />The Grantor, for itself, its heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby <br />estvesutaGs that the rights and privileges herein granted shall run with the <br />t#~t1c to such tract of land, and shall he binding upon the Grantor, i.ts <br />tieits~, succeaarsr~a, and- ~~assigns. <br />
