<br />MORTGAGE OF LEASEHOLD INTEREST
<br />THIS MORTGAGE made an this 23 day of ,,annarv , 19~,

<br />whether one or more, and First National Bank and Trust Co. of Kearney,
<br />Kearney, Nebraska, hereinafter called "Mortgagee".
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagor is the owner of the leasehold interest in and to
<br />the premises hereinafter described by reason of that certain lease given
<br />by Kuester Lake, Inc. ,
<br />dated A~gygr t ta~~ hereinafter referred to as "Lease";
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagor is justly indebted to Mortgagee in the"principal
<br />sum of, 20.o18.so as evidenced by Mortgagor's promissory
<br />note dated January 27 l9_~, which promissory note is payable
<br />as follows:
<br />11 quarterly payments of $7x0.98 beginning 4-27-83 and a final payment of
<br />$2x,351.87 due 1-27-86.
<br />NUW, THEREFORE, Chis Piortgage:
<br />Mortgagor, in consideration of the loan made by tlortyagee to tā¢tortgagar
<br />as evidenced by the above-described promissory note and as security for the
<br />payment and performance of the same, does hereby sell, mortyage, convey
<br />and assign to Mortgayee, its successors and assigns forever, all of
<br />Mortgagor's right, title and leasehold interest in and to the following
<br />described real property:
<br />Lots 1, ?, and 3, having a lake front footage of 155 feet, situated on the
<br />West side of the west portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the E~SW~d
<br />in Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, in xall County, Nebraska, bounded on the
<br />Northerly side by the common road; such lct is as shown on a plat in the
<br />possession of the Lessor.
<br />together with the appurtenances thereto belonging and ail the estate and
<br />right of Mortgagor in and to the premises under the above-mentioned
<br />Lease and further together with all of Mortgagor's right, title and
<br />interest in and to said Lease.
<br />TD HAVE AND TO HDLD said property unto Mortgagee, its successors
<br />ar.d assigns forever, and for the uses herein set forth, to secure the
<br />performance of the obligations and duties contained herein and to further
<br />secure the payment and performance of said promissory note, and all
<br />extensions, modifications and renewals thereof.
<br />provided, that if Mortgagor shall pay to Mortgagee the sums set
<br />forth in said promissory na*.e and all extensions, modifications and
<br />renewals thereof, at the time or times and in the manner mentioned
<br />therein, then these presents and the estate hereby granted shall cease,
<br />determine and be void.
