<br />That the Grantors, i+avelm E. Gewecke and Ivan G. Gewecke, her husband
<br />David. R. Brown, a single ,person. Barbara A. Kenny and I4ichael D. Kenny. her husband,
<br />and Rebecca L. Otte and Gregory J. Otte, her husband
<br />of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />One Shousand Dollars, receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged,
<br />do hereby grant, convey and confirm unto Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc.,
<br />a Kansas Corporation, its successors and assigns, (hereinafter collectively called
<br />"Grantee"} the right and easement to enjoy the exclusive use and occupancy of the
<br />following-described tract of land in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska
<br />to-wit:
<br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section 6, Township 11 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M.
<br />more fully described as follows: Commencing approximately 60 feet
<br />east of the southwest corner of said quarter, thence north approx-
<br />imately 409 feet to the point of beginning, thence northwest at a
<br />right angle 15 feet, thence northeast at a right angle 25 feet,
<br />thence southeast 15 feet, thence southwest 25 feet to the point
<br />of beginning.
<br />Said tract of land to be used as a site for the installation, maintenance and
<br />operation of meters, regulators and(or other equipment necessary in connection with
<br />the operation of the pipeline or lines now or hereafter constructed by Grantee upon
<br />the premises of Grantors.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said right and easement unto Grantee so long as said
<br />equipment shall be maintained thereon; with the right of ingress to and egress from
<br />said premises for the purpose of surveying, constructing, installing, inspecting,
<br />repairing, maintaining, renewing and replacing the property of Grantee located
<br />thereon, or the removal thereof in whole or in part at will of Grantee. Provided,
<br />however, that Grantee shall, in the event said premises are abandoned, restore same
<br />to as nearly as practicable the same condition as existed at the date hereof.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have hereunto set their hands this 11th
