<br />CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES
<br />THIS DEED is made by LaDonna Halstead, Darryl Bockmann, and
<br />Dale Bockmann, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of
<br />Iola M. Stump, formerly Iola M. Bockmann, Deceased, Grantors, to
<br />LaDonna Halstead, Grantee.
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will of Iola M. Stump, Deceased, was duly
<br />admitted to formal probate in the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Co-Personal Represen-
<br />tatives of said estate and are now qualified and acting in said
<br />capacity; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the hereinafter-described real pro-
<br />perty, and Grantors are authorized to distribute the same to
<br />Grantee.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer, and
<br />release to Grantee the following-described real property:
<br />The Northerly rFifty Feet (SO') of Lot Two
<br />(2}, Block Two (2), Original Town of Don-
<br />iphan, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions of
<br />record. _ ~
