<br />THIS DEED is made by LaDonna Halstead, Darryl Bockmann, and
<br />Dale Bockmann, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of
<br />Iola M. Stump, formerly Iola M. Bockmann, Deceased, Grantor s, to
<br />Darryl Bockmann and Daie Bockmann, Grantees.
<br />GIHEREAS, the last Will of Iola M. Stump, Deceased, was duly
<br />admitted to formal probate in the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Co-Personal Represen-
<br />tatives of said estate and are now qualified and acting in said
<br />capacity; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the hereinafter-described real proper-
<br />ty, and Grantors are authorized to distribute the same to Grantees.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer, and
<br />release to Grantees the following-described real property:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(S~NE~), the North Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (N~iSEv), the Southeast Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE4SE4), and
<br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4SW~SE~),
<br />ali in Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten
<br />(10) North,_Range Ten (10), [Jest of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except One Acre
<br />conveyed to Darryl Bockmann & Karen Bockmann,
<br />recorded in Book 171, Page 55.
<br />Lots Five (5}, Six (6), Seven (7,1, Eight (8),
<br />Nine (9}, Ten (10), Eleven (12) and Twelve
<br />(12}, and the Southeast Quarter of the South-
<br />east Quarter (SEvSE4), Section Twenty-Four (24),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10}, West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except
<br />tracts of land conveyed to various Grantees as
<br />follows: Deed to Frederick H. Bosselman, re-
<br />corded in Book 137, Page 524; Deed to Sunray
<br />D-X Oil Company, recorded in Book 150, Page
<br />279; Deed to Lawrence H. Huwaldt and William
<br />W. Marshall, Jr., recorded in Book 155, Page
<br />479; and Deed to Goaehman Corporation, recorded
<br />in Book 168, Page 302, and except tracts con-
<br />veyed to the State of Nebraska for road right-
<br />of-way.
<br />Lots One (1), Two {2) and Three (3), Island,
<br />Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10}, West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall Gounty, Nebraska.
<br />A11 of the foregoing real estate in Sections
<br />Thirteen (13), Twenty-Four (24) and Twenty-
<br />Five {25), containing 522.88 acres, more or
<br />less.
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and apputenances
<br />thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions
<br />of record.
