I <br />83-- t300~~~~ <br />this Indenture a valid assignment and pledge of the amounts <br />pledged tb the payment of the principal of and premium, if <br />any, and interest on the Series 1983 Bonds, and to constitute <br />this Indenture a valid lien on the Project and a valid <br />assignment of the rights of Issuer under the Agreement, have <br />bean done and performed, and the creation, execution and <br />del-ivery of this Indenture, and the creation, execution and <br />issuance of the Series 1983 Bonds, subject to the terms <br />hereof, have in all respects-been duly authorized. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: <br />GRANTING CLAUSES <br />That Issuer in consideration of the premises and the <br />acceptance by Trustee of the trusts hereby created and of the <br />purchase and acceptance of the Bonds by the holders and <br />owners thereof, and of the sum of one dollar, lawful money of <br />the United States of America, to it duly paid by Trustee at <br />or before the execution and delivery of these presents, and <br />fnr other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, in order to secure the payment <br />of the principal of and premium, if any, and interest on the <br />Bonds according to their tenor and effect and to secure the <br />performance and observance by Issuer of all the covenants <br />expressed or implied herein and in the Bonds, does hereby <br />sell, assign, mortgage and grant a security interest in the <br />following to Trustee and its successors in trust and assigns <br />forever, for the secuting of the performance of the obliga- <br />tions o£ Issuer hereinafter set fcrth: <br />GRANTING CLAUSE FIRST <br />The Project Building (as that term is defined in the <br />Agreement} described in Exhibit B attached hereto and con- <br />stituting a part of the Project, and all substitutions or <br />replacements thereof and in general ail property acquired by <br />Issuer with the proceeds of the Bonds issued under and <br />secured by this Indenture and substitutions and replacements <br />thereof and any other property which under the terms of the <br />Agreement is to become the property of Issuer or be subjected <br />to the lien of this Indenture, subject to Permitted <br />Encumbrances. <br />GRANTING CLAUSE SECOND <br />The Project Site (as that term is defined in the Agree- <br />ment) described in Exhibit A attached hereto and constituting <br />a part of the Project and any other interests, easements, <br />licenses, rights and interests in real property hereafter <br />-'- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
