<br />Section 13.03. S_everability, If any provision of this
<br />Indenture shall be held ar deemed to be or shall, in fact, be
<br />illegal, inoperative or unenforceable, the same shall not
<br />affect any other provision or provisions herein contained or
<br />render-the same invalid, imperative or unenforceable to any
<br />extent whatever.
<br />Section 13.04. Notices. Any notice, request, com-
<br />plaint, demand, communication or other paper shall be suffi-
<br />ciently given and shall be deemed given when delivered or
<br />mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, or
<br />sent. by telegram., addressed as follows: if to Issuer, to The
<br />County of Hall, Nebraska, County Administrative Building,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, Attention: Chairman, Board of
<br />Supervisors; if to Trustee, to InterFirst Bank Houston, N.A.,
<br />InterFirst Plaza, Post Office Box 2555, Houston, Texas
<br />77001, Attention: Corporate Trust Department; if to Company,
<br />to Diamond Plastics Corporation, 1125 Seventeenth Street,
<br />Denver, Colorado 80202, Attentian: President; and if to
<br />Original Purchaser, to InterFirst Bank Houston, N.A.,
<br />InterFirst Plaza, Post Office Box 2555, Houston, Texas 77001,
<br />Attention: International Department. A duplicate copy of
<br />each notice required to be given hereunder by Trustee to
<br />either Issuer or Company shall also be given to the other and
<br />to Original Purchaser. Issuer, Company, Trustee and Original
<br />Purchaser may designate any further or different addresses to
<br />which subsequent notices, certificates or other communica-
<br />tions shall be sent.
<br />Section 13.05. Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and
<br />HolidaVS. Ir. any case where the date of maturity of interest
<br />on or principal of the Bonds or the date fixed for redemption
<br />of any Bands shall not be a Business Day, then payment of
<br />principal, premium, if any, or interest need not be made on
<br />such date but may he made on the next succeeding Business Day
<br />with the same force and effect as if made on the date of
<br />maturity or the date fixed for redemption.
<br />Section 13.06. Counterparts. This Indenture may be
<br />simultaneously executed in several counterparts, each of
<br />which shall be an original and ail of which shall constitute
<br />but one and the same instrument.
<br />Section 13.07. Applicable Provisions of Law. This
<br />Indenture shall be governed by and construed in accordance
<br />with the laws of the State.
<br />Section 13.08. Rules of Interpretation. Unless
<br />expressly indicated otherwise, references to Sections or
<br />Articles are to be construed as references to Sections or
