..w..~~ ~ __.__., _~. x d 83- t~C;O~i~" of this Section, Trustee shall, upon being satisfactorily indemnified with respect to expenses, cause notice of the proposed execution of such supplemental indenture to be-given by registered.or certified mail to the owner of each Bond shown by the list of Bondholders required Icy the terms of Section 4.06 hereof to be kept at the principal corporate trust office of Trustee. Any notice mailed as provided in this Section shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given, whether or nat the Registered Owner receives the notice. Such r_otices shall briefly set forth the nature of the proposed supplemental indenture and shall state that copies thereof are on file at the principal corporate trust office of Trustee for inspection by all Bondholders. If, within sixty {60) days or such longer period as shall be prescribed by Issuer following such notices, the holders of not less than the required percentage in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds Outstanding at the time of the execution of any such supplemental indenture shall have consented to and approved she execution thereof as herein provided, no holder of any Bond shall have any right to object to any of the terms and provisions contained therein, or the operation thereof, or in any manner to question the propriety of the execution thereof, or to enjoin or restrain Trustee or Issuer from executing the same or from taking any action pursuant to the provisions thereof. Upon the execution of any such supplemental indenture as in this Section permitted and provided, this Indenture shall be and be deemed to be modi- fied and amended in accordance therewith. Section 11.03. Supplemental Indentures Reouiring Com- pany Consent. Anything herein to *_he contrary notwithstand- ing, a supplemental indenture under Sectior_ 11.01 or 11.02 shall not become effective unless and until Company shall have consented to the execution and delivery of such supple- mental indenture. in this regard, Trustee shall cause notice of the proposed execution of ary suci: supplemental indenture together with a copy of t_he proposed supplemental indenture to be mailed by certified or registered mail to Company at least thirty {30} Business Days prior to the proaosed date of execution and delivery of any such supplemental indenture. Company shall be deemed to have consented to the execution and delivery of any such supplemental indenture if Trustee does not receive a letter of protest or objection thereto signed by or on behalf of Company on or before the thirtieth (30th} Business Day after the mailing of said notice. -45- J
