~~ <br />83- ~GU~~:' <br />Sectian 4.03. Instruments of Further Assurance. .Issuer <br />covenants that it will acquire and own the Project, and any <br />property becoming a part of the Project shall be acquired and <br />kept free of all liens and encumbrances except Permitted <br />Encumbrances. Issuer will join with Company in defending the <br />title to and interest in the Project and each part thereof to <br />Trustee for the benefit of the holders and owners of the <br />Bonds against the claims and demands of all persons whomso- <br />ever, except for claims and demands arising from Permitted <br />Encumbrances as provided in the P.greement. Issuer will do, <br />execute, acknawledge and deliver or cause to be done,,exe- <br />cuted, acknowledged and delivered, such indentures supplemen- <br />tal hereto and such further acts, instruments and transfers <br />as Trustee may reasonably require for the better assuring, <br />transferring, conveying, pledging, assigning and confirming <br />unto Trustee all and singular the Agreement rentals and other <br />amounts pledged hereby to the payment of the principal of and <br />premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds. Issuer, except <br />as herein and in the Agreement provided, will not sell, <br />convey, mortgage, encumber or otherwise dispose of any part <br />of the Project, the rentals, revenues and receipts payable <br />under the Agreement or its rights under the Agreement, or any <br />additions thereto or substitutions therer"or. <br />Section 4.04. Recording and Filing. Trustee covenants <br />that it will cause all financing statements related to this <br />Indenture and all supplements thereto and the Agreement and <br />all supplements thereto, as well as such other security <br />agreements, financing statements and all supplements thereto <br />and other instruments as may be required from time to time to <br />be kept, to be recorded and filed in such manner and in such <br />places as may from time to time be required by law in order <br />to preserve and protect fully the security of the holders and <br />owners of the Bonds and the rights of Trustee hereunder, and <br />to take or cause to be taken any and all other action neces- <br />sary to perfect the security interest created by this <br />Indenture. <br />Section 4.05. Ins~ectior. of Project 3ooks. All books <br />and records in Issuer's possession relating to the Project <br />and the rents and other amounts derived from the Project <br />shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by such <br />accountants or other agencies as Trustee may from time to <br />time designate. <br />Section 4.06. List of Bondholders. Trustee will keep <br />on file a list of names and addresses of the holders of all <br />Bonds as from time to time registered on the registration <br />books of Issuer maintained by Trustee as Bond Registrar, <br />together with the principal amount and numbers of such <br />_~1_ <br /> <br /> <br />
