Sections 7.6 or 7.7 of the Agreement, or taken by the exer- cise of the power of eminent domain. "Registered Owner" means the person or persons in whose name or names a Bond shall be registered on the books of Issuer kept for that purpose in accordance with provisions of this Indenture. "Series 1983 Bonds" means the $1,700,000 aggregate principal amount of Issuer's Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Diamond Plastics Corporation Project) Series 1983 issued by Issuer pursuant to this Indenture. "State" means the State of Nebraska. "Term of Agreement" means the duration of the leasehold estate created in the Agreement as specified in Section 12.1 of the Agreement. "Trust Estate" means the property conveyed to Trustee pursuant to the Granting Clauses hereof. "Trustee" means InterFirst Bank Houston, N.A., as Trus- tee, of Houston, Texas, and its successors and any corpora- tian resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party and any succes- sor Trustee at the time serving as successor trustee hereunder. ARTICLE ZZ THE sorrns Section 2.01. Authorized Amount of Bonds. No Bonds may be issued under the provisions of this Indenture except in accordance with this Article. 'She total principal amount of Bonds that may be issued is hereby expressly limited to $1,700,000, except as pravided in Sections 2.07 and 2.10 hereof. Section 2.02. Issuance of Series 1983 Bonds. The Series 1983 Bonds shall be designated "The County of Hall, Nebraska Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Diamond Plastics Corporation Project) Series 1983.'" The Series 1983 Bonds shall be issuable as fully registered Bonds in the denomination of $1,000 or any integral multiple thereof. Unless Issuer shall otherwise direct, the fully registered Bonds shall be lettered "R" and shall be numbered consecu- tively from 1 upward. -9- I._._
