Rev. Stet, tReissue of 1978) on the following described property, to-wit: Lot 20, Block 5, Valley View Subdivi- Sion, City of Grand Island, Nebraska. B. Owner desires to negotiate a loan from lender, and lien- holder acknowledges that such loan is in her best business interest. C. Lender is willing to loan money to ^wner if lienholder will subordinate her present lien against the above-desoribed property of owner.
