<br />ASSIGNMENT OF EQUITY IN CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />This Agreement, made in Grand Island Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the day o ~ y and between

<br />el ers, a 1 o Grand Island, Hall County, Nebr. ,
<br />and Union Bank an Trust Company, hereina ter re erre to as assignees.
<br />Whereas, under date of Jtme 15th, 1982 the Contract Sellers and
<br />Contract Purchasers enter into an Agreement in writing for the sale
<br />of the hereinafter described real property by which Contract Sellers
<br />agreed to sell and convey to Contract Purchaser, upon the terms and
<br />conditions set forth in that Agreement that real estate described as
<br />follows:
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 4, in Lakeview, an addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, kept a tract of land deeded to the City of Grand Island, more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 164, Page fi61.
<br />Whereas, the Assignee desires additional security for a loan made to
<br />Contract Purchaser.
<br />Now, therefore, it is mutually agreed by both the Contract Purchasers
<br />and the Contract Sellers that the Contract Purchasers hereby assign,
<br />grant, bargain, and convey all their right, title, and interest in
<br />their equity in the contract for Sale of Real Estate dated June 15, 1982
<br />, between Contract Purchasers and Contract Sellers.
<br />The Assignment shall be binding upon the heirs, administrators, execu-
<br />tors, successors, and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
<br />In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this contract
<br />the day and year first written above.
