<br />g3_.~a~ <br />MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />Lynn D. Ehlers and Glenna R. Ehlers, Husband & Wife whether <br />one or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand <br />Island, Hall Gounty, Nebraska herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree <br />as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first <br />Real Estate Mortgage dated January 13, 1982 and recorded January 14, 1982 <br />as Document No. 82-000192 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, in consideration of the <br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory Note for $ 21,500.00 which is a <br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the <br />remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon will be due <br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort- <br />gage, modified and payable in the fallocaing manner: <br />A note dated January 13, 1982 on which a balance of $21,500.00 <br />remains unpaid, will be repaid on July 18, 1983 at an interest <br />rate of 14.59. <br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original <br />first Real Estate Mortgage dated January 13, 1982, shall remain the <br />same, and the Modification and Extension Agreement is made a part of <br />the original first Real Estate Mart~age 6y reference and shall inure to <br />all successors and assigns and the heirs. <br />Dated this the 19tlalay of .Ian. 19 8~ <br />NAME (Lynn D.
