<br />83--U U ®~ ~i ~;; <br />NOTICE OF SUIT <br />Notice is hereby given that on January 21 1983, Banco <br />Mortgage Company, as plaintiff, filed its petition in the District Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, against Randy J. Quaife and Shelley J. Quaife, and others, <br />the abject and prayer of said petition being to foreclose a mortgage covering the <br />following described real estate: <br />Aily of the Easterly Thirty-two and One-fourth Feet (E 32'n') of the <br />North One-Half (N~) of Lot Eight (8) of the County Subdivision of Part <br />of the StzSE4 of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which mortgage was given by Randy J. Quaife and Shelley J. Quaife to Superior <br />Mortgage, Inc. , on November 30, 1981, and subsequently assigned to plaintiff on <br />November 30, 1981. Said mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds for HaII County, Nebraska, on December 1, 1982 as Instrument No. 81- <br />405952, and the assignment thereof was recorded in said office on December 29, <br />1981 as Instrument No. 81-006302 of the Mortgage Records.
