I currently reside at 320 East 21st Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. There were born to myself and Raymond Henry . Werner only two childYen, bath of whom are living and are of legal age and their names are as follaws: Dennis R. t+terner, son Route 3, Box 165 Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 RaJeanne A. Werner Tamborini, daughter 12429 Martha Street amaha, Nebraska 68144 It is my intention to renounce and disclaim a part of the assets passing to me upon the death of my spouse, Raymond henry Werner. I am the sole devisee under the Last Wi12 and Testament ~, and Codicil of said Decedent which instruments are dated March 25, 197Q, and September 26, 1977, both of which instruments have heretofore been admitted to probate by the Hall County Court, anti the surviving joint tenant of certain property jointly owned by Decedent and myself at the date o£ his death.
