<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that on January ~, 1983, Western
<br />Securities Company, plaintiff, filed a Petition in action in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Clarence Fred-
<br />rick Hildebrand and Roberta Jane Hildebrand, husband and wife,
<br />and Pipers Glen Homeowners Association, defendants, the object
<br />and grayer of which is to foreclose a certain Mortgage of
<br />536,850.00 on the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lot 17, Pipers Glen Subdivision, a subdivision of Lats 8 and
<br />9, Warren Subdivision. City of Grand Islan3, ::all County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />Such Mortgage was given by the defendants, Clarence Fredrick
<br />Hildebrand and Roberta Jane Hildebrand, husband and wife, on May
<br />5, 1981, to Superior Mortgage Inc. and said Mortgage was duly
<br />recorded in the office of'the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on May 12, 1981, and appears as Document No. 81-002413.
<br />The Mortgage was assigned by Superior Mortgage, Inc. to BI
<br />Mortgage Company, Inc. by an Assignment of Mortgage dated May 5,
<br />1981, and duly recorded on May 12, 1981, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and appears as Docu-
<br />ment No. 81-002411. The Mortgage was further assigned by BI
<br />Mortgage Company, Inc. to plaintiff Western Securities Company by
<br />an Assignment of Mortgage dated May 19, 1982, and duly recorded
<br />on June 21, 1982, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and appears as Document No. 82-002482.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is naw due 536,785.86 on said
<br />Mortgage and the Note which it given to secure, and plaintiff
<br />prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy
<br />the amount found due on the Mortgage and interest and costs.
