<br />KNOW-ALL 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that C & H Properties, a partnership under the
<br />laws of the: State of Minnesota, party of the first part, in consideration of

<br />the sale and conveyance of the tract of land in said County and State, described

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, HaIT County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to all the covenants of said assignor in said contract contained, which
<br />said party of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to keep and perform.
