<br />KNOW AtL BY THESE PRESEN'T'S, that C & H Properties, a partnership under the
<br />laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the first part, in consideration of
<br />Orre and. noL100 (ET.OOj 0o11ar and other good and valuable consideration to it
<br />in hand paid by John ~I. Cloutier, party of the second part, does hereby sell,
<br />assign, and transfer unto said party of the second part, his heirs- and assigns,
<br />one-half of the. vendor's interest in that certain contract, dated-the 9th day
<br />of June; 1982, made by G & H Properties., as vendor, to Gary A. Mickle, as
<br />€. Vendee, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for the Gounty
<br />of Hali, State of Nebraska, on July 12, 1982, as Document Na. 82-002865, for
<br />the sale and conveyance of the tract of land in said County and State, descri-bed
<br />as follows, to-wit:
<br />Lots One, Two, Three, Four and Five, BTock eighteen, Baker°s
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to ail the covenants of said assignor in said contract contained, which
<br />said party of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to keep and perform.
<br />Said party of the first part hereby covenants that there remains unpaid
