O'Neill, a <br />single person, herein called the Grantors, in cansideration of One <br />Do11ar ($1.00) and an exchange of property, received from Grantee, <br />~o hereby grant, bargain, se11, convey, and confirm unto the <br />~•1mY nF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein <br />called the Grantee, for public right-of-way, the following <br />described real property in Block Five (~), P1easant Home Sub- <br />division in the City of Grand [sland, Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />A tract of Land in Block 5, Pleasant Home Subdivision, more <br />particularly described as beginning at a pvi.nl where the South <br />line of O'Neill.
