<br />CONSENT CONFIRMATION APJD F.ATIFICATION OF PLAT DEDICATION,
<br />AGREEMENT_FOR PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND SUB-
<br />DIVISION AGREEMENT OF IMPRERIAL VILLAGE EIGHT'ri SUBDIVISION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA
<br />The undersigned, being the duly elected, qualified and
<br />acting Trustees of The Abundant Life Christian Center, a cor-
<br />poration, having been Trustees of said corporation at the date
<br />Imperial Village Eighth Subdivision was platted, dedicated,
<br />subdivided and prctective covenants adopted, do hereby each
<br />confirm, adopt and ratify the following acts and doings of the
<br />corporation, pursuant to the Articles of incorporation of the
<br />corporation and its duly adopted Resolutions authorizing the
<br />subdividing and sale of said property now designated as Imperial
<br />Village Eighth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />1. The Plat, Dedication and Surveyor's Certificate,
<br />filed June 1, 1978, as document #78-003370, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska by which the
<br />corporation property was subdivided and streets and easements
<br />dedicated.
<br />2. 'Phe Subdivision Agreement for Imperial Village Eighth
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, filed
<br />Jun°23, 1978, as document #78-003931, in the office %f the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. The Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions
<br />and Conditions for Imperial Village Eighth Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, filed July 17„ 1978,
<br />as document ;;78-004381, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of 'Mall County, Aebraska.
<br />4. All ether acts and doings heretofore done by the
<br />President and Secretary of the named corporation in connection
<br />with the subdividing and sale of pots in said subdivision, the
<br />intention of this Agreement being to confirm and ratify the above
<br />described acts and doings so as the same would have the same force
<br />and effect as if the undersigned had each executed said described
<br />documents.
