<br />real estate conveyed by Trust Deed dated March 17, 1982, which has been
<br />reconveyed to Trustors.
<br />The intentton being to convey hereby in absolute title in fee simple, including ail the rights of homestead and
<br />dower, together with ail buildings, flxtur@s, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and all of the
<br />foregoing, together wftfi said property are herein referred to as the "Property."
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING performance of each agreement and covenant of Trustor herein contained
<br />and the payment of the principal sum or One Hundred Thousanc~oliars ($ 100 000 .00 ),
<br />as evidenced by a promissory note bearing even date at the rates of Interest thereon which may hereafter be paid
<br />or advanced under the terms of this Trust Deed; both principal sum and Interest thereon being payable according
