<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />ERViN F. TERRY AND ALICE E. TERRY, each in his and her own right and as spouse
<br />of-the other, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration
<br />of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), love and affection, received from grantee, does quitclaim,
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DONALD E. TERRY AND NADINE R.
<br />TERRY, husband and wife, as tenants in common, herein called the grantee
<br />whether one or more, the following described property in Ha11 County, Nebraska:
<br />That part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter {S2NE;} of
<br />Section Nineteen (19) in Township Twelve {12} North, Range Eleven (17}
<br />West of the 6th P.M., which lies south of the right-of-way o~f the Chicago,
<br />Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company; and that part of the East Half

<br />Twelve (12} North, Range Eleven {11} West of the 6th P.M., which lies
<br />south of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad
<br />Company, and east of the east alley line of the Third and Fifth Additions
<br />to the Town of Cairo, Nebraska, according to the recorded plats thereof;
<br />subject to public roads;,and excepting therefrom, however, the following,
<br />to-wit:
<br />A tract of land 140 feet east and west by 300 feet north and south,
<br />lying directly east and across the alley from Block Five {5) of the
<br />Third Addition to the Town of Cairo, as conveyed to Charles E. Brewer
<br />by deed dated April 25. 1910;
<br />A tract of land with a frontage of 740 feet on the extension of Nile
<br />Street of said Town, lying directly past and across the alley from
<br />Block Six (6} of said Third Addition to Cairo, as conveyed to Harriet
<br />N. Hart by deed dated October 20, 1913;
<br />A tract of land 60 feet north and south by 140 feet east and west,
<br />being the extension of Nile Street of the Town of Cairo, lying between
<br />the exceptions described above;
<br />A tract of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded
<br />in Baok 83, at Page 635 of the Oeed Records of Hail County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />A tract of land beginning at a point on the south line of Mecca Street
<br />extended, said point being Twenty (20) feet easterly from the northeast
<br />corner of Lot One (1) of Block Four (4) of the Third Addition tp C,aira,
<br />Nebraska, and also being a point on the east boundary of the north-
<br />south alley on the east side of said Third Addition; thence running
<br />southerly along the east line of said alley a distance of Seven Hundred
<br />Eighty-three and Fifty-seven Hundredths (783.57) feet to a point on
<br />the southerly line of said Northwest Quarter (NW~S); thence running
<br />easterly along the southerly line of said Northwest Quarter {NWT) a
<br />distance of Two Hundred Twenty (220) feet to a point on the easterly
<br />line of Sycamore Street extended; thence running northerly along the
<br />easterly line of Sycamore Street extended a distance of Seven Hundred
<br />Eighty and Five Tenths (780.5) feet to a point on the southerly line
<br />of t~cca Street extended a distance of Two Hundred Twenty (220) feet
<br />to the point of beginning and containing 3.95 acres, more ar less.
