OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />CAIRO, NEBRASKA <br />I, James H. 5heeks, being first duly sworn, depose and <br />state that Z am the duly appointed, qualified and acting Village <br />Clerk for the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, and am familiar with <br />the Ordinances of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska. The records <br />of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska reveal that Ordinance No. 218 <br />created Street Improvement District No. 1980-1 in the Village <br />of Cairo, Nebraska, on June 2, 1980, which Ordinance was filed <br />in the Register of Deeds Office, Elall County, Nebraska, as <br />Lnstrument No. 80-00428°. 'Lhe records of my office further <br />show that said Ordinance was repealed and that such Ordinance, <br />which created a paving district far all s[reets within the Vil- <br />lage of Caircr, was not implemented.
