<br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGES
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named herein,
<br />The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />hereby releases the several mortgages made to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, by the Grand
<br />Island School of Business, Inc., on the following described real
<br />estate, to-wit:
<br />Lat Seven (71 yn R1 nrk Ci xYy-Three (63)~ In
<br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southerly Half (S'~) of Lot Five (5), and
<br />the Southerly Half {S'~) of Lot Six {6), all
<br />in Block Seventy-Nine (79), in the Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />And specifically releasing the following mortgages which are
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska, and identified as follows, to-wit: Book 171
<br />of Mortgages, Page 291; 77-000124; 78-006781; 8I-003537: 79-007925.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said The First National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, has caused these presents
<br />to be executed by its president this I3th day of Jarniary, 1483.
