<br />NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />NOTICE, is hereby given by John P. Printz and Violet
<br />N. Printz, as Sellers, and John Steven Printz, as Buyer,
<br />that the following described real property has been sold
<br />under a written Agreement for Sale of Business and Real
<br />Estate dated the /~ day of ~o,,;,.,wr~ 1983. The
<br />property sold under said contract is described as follows,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Northerly Forty-four (44) Feet of Lot One (1),
<br />Block Thirty Sevea (37), Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Seiiers have executed, acknowledged, and delivered
<br />a deed conveying the real estate herein, which deed is
<br />held in escrow by the escrow agent, Commercial National
<br />Bank and Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, pursuant
<br />to the sale contract, which provides that the Sellers
<br />retain a first lien on -the real property to secure fulfillment
<br />of the contract terms by the Buyer. The buyer is entitled
<br />to possession of the real property from and after January
<br />1, 1983. Further information as tc the terms and conditions
<br />of said sale contract would be available to persons with
<br />Legitimate inquiry from either the Buyer, Sellers, or
<br />the escrow agent.
