Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Rex E Carpenter and Jonadyne Carpenter, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in <br />which EQU-I'TABLE-BANK,c..Cfel'meFly knewn-as;-EQUI'FABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, as Trustee, dated July 7, 1999 and recorded July 9, 1999, in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 99-106942 regarding <br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Rex E Carpenter and Jonadyne Carpenter, Husband and Wife, as <br />trustor, to Earl D.
