<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deeds, executed by Gaty E. Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 20th day of
<br />August, 2008, recorded on the 25th day of August, 2008, as Instrument No. 200807359 at the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, State of Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
