Obermeier, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as Licensees. <br /> <br />c;;> <br />\J'- <br />o <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Licensees are the owner of the business real estate described as: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Baasch & Sons Subdivision, to the Village of Cairo, <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />which abuts Kansas Street on the North and on which there is located a vehicle repair <br />garage and adjacent grounds used in the conduct of their garage business; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the South 10 feet of Kansas Street right-of-way has <br />been used by the Licensees for many years and the Licensees desire to continue to use <br />a portion of the South 10 feet of Kansas street adjacent to their property for an <br />enlargement of the garage building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Licensor has determined that the grant of Licensees' request will not <br />adversely affectthe public's use of the improved portion of Kansas Street abutting <br />Licensee's property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Licensor will permit said encroachment to exist under the following <br />terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Licensor hereby grants to Licensees a license to use and occupy that portion <br />of right-of-way described as: <br /> <br />The South Ten (10) feet of Kansas Street right-of-way beginning <br />at the Northeast corner of Lot Three (3), Baasch & Sons Subdivision, <br />to the Village of Cairo and extending 250 feet West to the West line <br />of said Lot Three (3), Baasch & Sons Subdivision to the Village of Cairo, <br />all located in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />for an enlargement of the garage building and related business purposes. <br />
